African Trade Bead Necklace 22 inches with With Rare Focal Murano 18thC Bead
The beautiful and rare focal trade bead was made in Murano in the late 1800s or early 1900s.. It is in perfect shape except for a small shallow chip on one side, not noticeable at all. It is 44 mm long.
The Aluminum beads were traditionally made in Ethiopia, using old aluminum pots and pans as raw material! The copper spacers are made in Kenya and are still often worn by the Giriama tribe.
