This hair tie is 29 ins long, which means hair 10 to 14 ins long, unless for longer, the hair tie is braided in further down. Experienced hair braiders know what to do with these! I do give instructions for these when they are bought. Amazing washable strong leather. The wearer can leave it in hair for two weeks or more because washing, shampoo, do not make it stiff and nasty..! I found the leather in Alaska years ago, it is really special, so strong..
