Vintage Cobalt Glass Beads

.Interesting note. Cobalt was used in glass bottles fir Pharmacies, Bowls, you know, you've seen them on windowsills catching the sun. Well now, beads being made in this color are nowhere as deep because Cobalt is used in Lithium Batteries. That means cars, Phones, goodness knows what else. It's hard and punishing to get out of the ground, mainly found in the Congo... and that is another story. I won't buy any more because of what I know. I bought my stash about 25 years ago and bought out the stash I found. I've checked the market, none like these.. They are wonderful in jewelry, darker even than the photo. You get both strands.
