White Christmas Necklace Snow Balls! Cherry Brand Beads Kate Drew-Wilkinson
This may look like a simple necklace, but the beads are very special. Let me tell you. In 1945, the Americans occupied Japan. They discovered that these people were excellent glass workers, so a factory began to make beads. They were called "Cherry Brand". The beads were in production until the occupation ended in 1952. You can google this. The beads often have a "crumb" surface. So here are these Snowballs! Pretty and fresh. The necklace is 18 inches long, and made with Sterling Silver. A lovely little gift!
